- Contribute in monitoring the performance and effectiveness of academic, student support, and administrative units
- Analyze student satisfaction data and generate reports for senior management review.
- In-charge of preparing and completing accreditation documents (proposal, Initial and self-study) in a timely manner.
- In-charge of reviewing and auditing the exams of the different departments.
- Being part of the interviewing panel for faculty and staff.
- Manages the faculty payment process after verifying the completion of all relevant faculty course requirements based on stipulation 7 in the CAA standards.
- Take initiatives to support the Vice Chancellor and the Program Director with curriculum planning, design, and implementation based on institutional data collection.
- Gather information to measure the extent to which students achieve faculty-developed outcomes.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts at the College
- Maintain the QA database and filling systems
- Actively builds up knowledge of accreditation requirements
- Ensure that full documents are submitted to the CAA with the right quality and on time.
- Manage different aspects of national and international accreditation processes, including preparation and review of documents for accreditation submissions.
- Ensure that the university programs are regularly evaluated and improved according to the ministry of higher education
- Harmonize the institutional effectiveness activities and ensure that all academic and administrative units achieve their outcomes and ensure consistency in all campus locations.
- Support colleges and administrative units staff regarding the development of Quality Assurance policies and procedure
- Responsible for a part of the review process in the online assessment management software, TaskStream.
- Responsible for controlling the technical documents in the company, prepare the operation & maintenance manuals and the submittals for the projects
- Post project analysis for identification of strength & weaknesses during execution
- Take and update the minutes of meetings, and make weekly reports for the progress of work in sites, in addition to tackling the labor and machine movements
- Prepare BOQ and plan the order/arrival of the required materials and equipments used considering the cost and profit of the projects
- Advising and Monitoring individual project invoicing/payments/scope variations for better project financial health
- Contribute to a co-operative working environment within the department
- Getting familiar with mechanical designing for refrigeration systems
