Responsible for designing, managing and implementing digital strategies for web, social media, VOD, electronic/digital ads in accordance with the channel’s brand guidelines, to advance the channel’s mission.
▪ Sustaining department profitability over last six quarters, while adding
new media platforms
▪ Lead strategy and supervise execution of the channel’s digital strategy
to build Roya’s digital brand.
▪ Devise and execute digital campaigns, including developing social
media tools, partnerships, and syndication channels.
▪ Work with Communications Dept. colleagues to source media
opportunities and fully integrate digital media mechanisms in activities,
announcements, and events.
▪ Oversee and further develop Roya TV’s websites, mobile apps, VOD
platform and other digital content platforms.
▪ Collaborate with IT, Broadcast Engineers and HR teams to utilize and
grow systems and platforms for staff to communicate internally.
▪ Collaborate with colleagues across Roya TV to infuse digital media and technology into program work to discover new networks, process, and
people to achieve the channel’s mission.
▪ Monitor and report on effective key internal and external digital
performance metrics to inform organization decision-making.
▪ Supervise five teams (VOD, Social Media, Online Graphics, Digital Marketing, Web & Mobile Dev.) as well as contractors and interns as
needed.

Accountable for directing product development while ensuring high return on investment (ROI). In addition to translating ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.
▪ Developing product requirements and roadmaps
▪ Liaise and collaborate with all relevant cross-functional teams to ensure timely releases.
▪ Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
▪ Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in- house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach
▪ Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
▪ Maintain Product Management results by mentoring, counseling, and if necessary, disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and
appraising job results.
▪ Use data-derived insight to create effective strategies to maintain and
grow all Product KPIs.
Accountable for managing the delivery of critical projects, and for providing managerial support for all the projects conducted by the company. Also responsible for the Creative Team, Web Editors and Business Analysts.
▪ Managing a diverse team of professionals
▪ Mentoring and coaching project managers in modern methodologies
and techniques
▪ Maintains project management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting,
and training employees
▪ Producing project definitions to include validated functional
requirements, scope, roles, responsibilities, budgets, timescales and
resources.
▪ Assisting the technical team in their design and development tasks.
▪ Conducting regular impact analysis in order to assess the consequences
of the project deliverables on other sections of the business.
▪ Maintaining client relationships.
▪ Managing staff to ensure that all milestones are achieved within the
agreed timeframes.
▪ Writing detailed and summarized project progress reports
Responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of all projects and in accordance the company policy & procedures and adhering to all statutory and regulatory legislation.
▪ Working closely with clients to understand their needs.
▪ Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
▪ Attending client meetings & guiding them through processes.
▪ Writing progress reports & presenting them to directors Producing &
maintaining project management plans
▪ Organizing and facilitating Project Steering / Operating Committees
meetings
▪ Tracking activities against the detailed project plans
▪ Conduct direct customer meetings and interviews and distill customer
feedback into project requirements
▪ Maintain the project roadmap and define/monitor project milestones
▪ Create and manage project requirements documents (story boards and
SRS documents)

Responsible for facilitating successful installation and maintenance of the customers’ software systems, including off site and on site work.
▪ Delighting the customers with exceptional customer service
▪ Pre-sales assistance when required
▪ Implementation planning and the delivery of value added work, to
scope, deadline and budget
▪ Application configuration and setup
▪ Provide system training to both internal and external clients
▪ Managing change control
▪ Go-live and post-live support
