Coordinated with various manufacturing divisions for achievements against shipment plan targets. Supervised day to day activities and operations of procurement (local purchases & imported flexible packaging materials division). Conducted regular market surveys for supplier base expansion. Regularly optimized inventory levels.Manage, coordinate and support planning division to attain monthly production targets. Provided expertise in smooth and efficient running of warehouse operations
