✓ Over the phone remote support to clients.
✓ Evaluate the company hardware and decide whether it needs to be repaired or replace.
✓ Setup and Troubleshoot Network Infrastructure.
✓ Configure and Troubleshoot NAS backup servers (Synology).
✓ Implementing of Software that can be used for data backup and recovery, cloud and infrastructure management (Acronis)
