Ensuring that the daily operation is smooth and all services are up to standard.
•Responsible in training new staff.
•Updating outlet manuals.
•Doing both filing and updating of municipality files.
•Act as the ambassador of the restaurant in ensuring that all staff is providing high quality services to guest.
•Interact with customers. Being friendly and courteous will help keep customers coming back.
•Keeping an eye on a lot of elements: food standards, costs, safety, etc.
•Leading front and the back of house, rallying their team during heavy shifts, resolving conflicts and getting the job done.
•Dealing with costs, pricing, creating work schedules etc.
•Keeping work schedules, deliveries and maintenance schedules.
•Assisting events Department with big VVIP catering sevices.
•Responsible for all restaurant reports.
•Emails/ Reports Monitoring.
