• To Study, Analize and Interpret approved drawings for site implementation.

• To Assist surveyors to conduct As-Built survey of structures like; Bored Pile, Pile Cap, Column, Pier Head, Seismic Restrainer, Bearing Plinth and Other related to structures after civil works completion.
• Daily monitor request for Joint Survey inspection by sub-contractor for immediate respond and preparation.
• Submit all Joint Survey Inspection data and drawing attachments to clients for approval.
• To Monitor the Accuracy and Calibration of Sub-contractors Surveying Instruments.
• To ensure the guidelines for surveying of the project are constantly fallowed.
• Prepare and submit other relevant surveying reports or as requested and instructed.
• Support and maintain safety-health protocols of the project.

LAND SURVEYOR:
• Plan and organize daily site activities to ensure work time frame is carried out.
• Establish primary Vertical and Horizontal control points including reference ties for re-establishing the points on the field.
• Record the exact result of surveys, including Heights, Depths, and positions, building lines, shape, contour, elevation, location and other characteristics of terrain.
• Perform accurate Setting out of Points and Elevation of underground Utilities such as Storm water main and sub line, Combined and pressurize Waste Water, Electrical, Telecom, Potable Water lines, Cross Duct), Pump stations, Sub stations, Boundary Walls, Curve stones, and Roads works.
• Supervise/ monitor Elevations, Location of all excavation activities, level and alignment of pipes, pre-cast manhole installation, and Light pole vertical alignments.
• Record all accurate measurements, rod readings and calculations neatly and accurately in field books as the work progresses.
• Assist consultant/inspector during verification and inspection of alignment and other Quality with related activities.
• Coordinated findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and other concerned with the project.
• Keep accurate records, notes and sketches to describe and certify work performed.
• Maintain speed and quality of work to maintain time frame.
• Perform regular check of instrument to maintain condition and accuracy.

SURVEYOR - MECHANICAL (Static and Rotating Equipment):
• Established accurate primary control stations (X, Y, Z) at commencement of project and ensure checks are carried out every week to check the integrity and accuracy of those stations.
• Performed Inspection of As- Built records thru manual measurements/verification of civil works completed such as (Elevation, Location and Measurement of Anchor Bolt, Concrete Pedestals/foundations for chipping and Plate installation purposes).
• Prepared and maintain accurate daily sketches, maps, reports, and record of surveys in order to describe, certify and assume liability of work performed.
• Performed joint measurement with the inspector of the completed work for verifications and payments, as requested.
• Survey inspection of centering Alignment and Elevation of all Static and Rotating machines, Overhead Crane (such as Auxiliary, main crane, polar crane, gantry crane and monorails).
• Supervised/Monitored Leveling and Column Alignment of Plat Forms, Walk Ways and Stairs of mechanical equipment.
• Coordinated to QA/QC Inspectors and consultants with regards to drawing details, specifications and accuracies.
