Key Responsibilities:
•Preparation of Detail Design Drawings, 3D and Animations for Streetscapes and Public Parks.
•Assistance in Tender Documents preparation for IN‐HOUSE projects.
•Review and guide the consultant submissions (drawings, specifications etc.)
•Conduct necessary submittal reviews and assessments and provide guidance to Consultants based on rules and development regulation.
•Lead the in‐house design team (Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP and QS) to prepare the design and detailed drawings for the projects which are handled with in the department. Check and ensure coordination between each discipline.
•Prepare and develop Landscape design concepts, preliminary design, detailed drawings for hardscape and softscape, street furniture, water features, playgrounds, recreation areas, shade structures, fitness areas, sports facilities etc.
•Prepare and follow up strategic, periodic progress and technical reports to relevant management.
•Identify issues and risks that need to be brought to the attention of senior management as necessary.
•On‐Site Inspection and Assessment for On‐going Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and develop Architectural concepts, preliminary design, detailed and building permit drawings for various projects including Residential, Commercial and Religious projects.
•3D perspective and animation.
•Coordination with other disciplines.
•Review and approval of Shop Drawings submitted by Contractors.
•Issuance of Approval for finishing Materials.
•Site Inspection and coordination.
•Prepare and develop Interior design concepts and detailed design drawings.
•Periodic site inspections and site progress meetings with Consultant and Contractor.

•Preparation of Concept Design for various projects including Residential, Commercial and Religious projects.
•Preparation of DC1, DC2 approval drawings and working drawings.
•3D perspective and animation.
•Coordination with other disciplines.
•Review and approval of Shop Drawings submitted by Contractors.
•Issuance of Approval for finishing Materials.
•Site Inspection and coordination.

•Assisting Senior Architect in preparation of Concept Design for various projects including Residential, Commercial and Religious projects.
•Preparation of municipality approval drawings and working drawings.
•3D perspectives. Project
