When we combine the wisdom of the elder with the curiousity of the child, a unique approach to learning emerges, allowing us to be open to radical change without losing sight of the big picture. Integrating Eastern approaches to medicine with the culture of safety afforded by the west, we now have a new vision for the future : one in which medicine is free, a public commodity.

- GIS analysis of quality of life in NYC public housing projects relative to their surrounding neighborhood over 30+ years to help inform public policy on building affordable housing. We explored innovative ways to conceptualize the social boundaries of a neighborhood and used floodplain maps to examine the infrastructural resilience of affordable housing in NYC.
- Re-wrote the data integration pipeline for Furman Center’s Subsidized Housing Information Project (SHIP) to allow for automated ingestion of data.
- Automatized quarterly housing update reports, shifting a process that was previously one week of analyst time per quarter to a single button-click.
