Lead cost control functions, develop and implement the project costing and change management systems. Update cost forecasts, work with construction groups and subcontractors, planning, procurement and AP and ensured integration, accuracy and consistency of data among these departments.
 Conduct project reviews, prepare detailed cost analyses, cost and financial reports, assist and lead budgeting and forecasting, provide guidance on accounting matters, record keeping, analysis, and reporting.
 Prepare monthly project financial information and internal reporting and present to senior management and stakeholders, provide strategic analysis as required to drive improved decision making.
 Establish and monitor internal projects controls and ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal, regulatory and company policies and procedures.
 Work with Operations to define, measure, analyze, improve and control current processes which impact stakeholder reporting quality and influence internal operating efficiency.
