Preparing all Legal, Technical and Financial documents to construct a bid in conjunction with the Area Sales Manager.

Assisting the Area Sales Manager in preparation of detailed sales report consisting of Sales Lead, Quotations and Bids.
Following up with the customers on quotations submitted on a weekly basis.
Following up with customers to ensure that the payments are received.
Working closely with the operations team to ensure that the products are delivered to customers on time and also to guarantee that correct shipping documents are transferred to the customers.

The company is subsidiary of Diageo PLC. This experience was during the consultancy project done as part of the coursework in the university. The project was titled “Re-designing marketing plan for Scottish firm operating in B2B markets”. The organization was provided with a set of recommendations focusing on industrial sectors which the company should focus on as they plan to expand globally, which products are more favored by the customers and on how to position the brand in European and American markets.

Acted as a complete technical support for the preparation and the coordination of the HVAC designs
Assisted in the completion and the distribution of the documentation along the different status reports, calculations.
Demonstrated effective use of different software and tools for the designing purpose
Installation of the HVAC systems under supervision and ensured the proper installation
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
Liaising with consultants and sub-contractors involved in the project.
Providing monthly progress reports to senior management

Working as Consultant for ABB Contracting Co. Jeddah and monitoring the progress of HVAC and Fire Fighting Systems Works.

Responsibilities:
Efficient Planning and Optimum Utilization of Material and Manpower.
Carry out follow-ups with HVAC and Fire Fighting Sub Contractors for efficient execution of works.
Coordinate with other Sub contractors and other departments for effective execution of works.
Ensuring that the Safety Rules and Regulations are followed and are fully communicated to the Work Force.
Inspect in conjunction with the QC Engineer the material delivered to the site stores and Prepare/ Submit the inspection request to consultants.
Ensure that all the drawings required for construction are in A- Status.
Ensuring the quality of the Material and installation works are according to the acceptance criteria, specifications, and methods of installation approved for the Project.
To Prepare Weekly and Monthly Schedule of Activities.
Provide Weekly and Monthly Progress Report to the Management and the client.
Ensuring that all drawings conveyed to the workforce are in a proper manner and are in compliance to the requirement.
