▪ Manage a team of Estimation Engineers & QS to meet annual department targets and KPIs.
▪ Manage pre-contract (costing, bids, suppliers management, contract review and analysis, project cash flow and budgeting) and post-contract (variations, invoicing, job closure reports, warranty) for line business items.
▪ Develop procedures and tools to increase department efficiency, monitoring and control.
▪ Reporting system to Business Manager
▪ Prepare technical and commercial proposals for submission of Oil & Gas tenders. (QatarGas, RasGas, QCHEM, QAFCO, Dolphin, SHELL)
