This is a Sign Manufacturing and Digital Printing Firm with 85 employees.
Reporting to the Technical Director and managing the Printing
department, workshop production and installation planning.
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing production process, planning, drawing up a production schedule.
* Running day to day activities in Administration and making sure all departments are actively
involved in production of all signage’s using high quality materials, speed for delivery and
utmost quality and maintaining safety.
* Taking orders of signage on behalf of my Technical Director and following up with all the
different departments in production to the delivery /installation time, thereafter a customer
follow‐up.
* Organizing appointments for the Technical Director & attending some meeting on his behalf and
taking care of his correspondence while he’s abroad.
* Filling Tenders and quotations.
* Handling the printing, plotting and digital departments for day to day activities and also
involving myself in printing on the digital 2.5m & 3.2m wide format machine.
This is a Sign Manufacturing Firm with 50 employees.
