Manage Fleet Government and Private Projects with.
Manage Monthly fuel cost and Monitor through GPS vehicles and Drivers.

Manage all projects Vehicles & Equipment’s rented from suppliers/Co. Assets and supporting overall projects as per co. & projects requirements.
Supporting our projects maintenance work & brake down situation arrange replacement ASAP.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers of vehicles & equipment's for the best quotations and delivery time with highest credit facility.
Arrange all Vehicles & Equipment’s raise Purchase Orders for new as well as renewals. Order thru IFS rental fleet, distribute to the projects in timely manner.
Arrange registrations renewal and transfer papers for traffic passing, sold, accident vehicles and equipment’s reports submit monthly basis to direct manager.
Handling Company fuel cards (diesel & petrol), process, arrange & order cards through KNPC for all projects, reporting, monitored & controlled improper use & wastage, conducted regular audit & communicate with KNPC with all issues related to fuel cards.
Updating fuel & Diesel master list for issue, return, user changes and replacement of Vehicle/Equipment as well as fuel card updates through IFS.
Maintaining all kinds of documents and records such as job cards & invoices, Contracts & Agreements, Bank Deposit Slips & Payment Vouchers.

Manage and supervise all P&M and Site Establishment assets, activities and personal.
To administer the preventive maintenance and repair works for vehicles / equipment's.
To interact with divisional heads for procurement of machinery & standardize the machinery for
each of maintenance & operations.
To support the business divisions for plant & machinery schedules for new jobs/existing jobs and
achieve maximum utilization of machinery.
To monitor and control the requisition of material and supplies required for repair and maintenance
activities.
To ensure a reduction equipment population at the garage by providing faster repair services to the
equipment under breakdown, redeployment of idle assets and taking timely disposal action for repair.
To ensure effective operation and preventive maintenance for all equipment's and vehicles.
To monitor & control external (agencies) repair and related activities.

Manage all Inbound Shipments Commercial & US Military.
Process all US Military Clearance AK-302.
Liaise with US counterpart for US Military Cargo.
Liaise with US Embassy in Kuwait to clear the US Military Shipments.
Schedule the deliveries.
Liaise with International Companies regarding our Commercial Shipments.
Monitoring all Containers at Port and preparing Reports for Management.
Monitoring all Stock on Containers.
Preparing Report on all Commercial Shipments.
Supporting all departments in the Company.

Responsible to hire and provide the Fleet (REEFERS/ FLAT BEDS) to clients on a daily basis, on demand
Responsible to oversee loading detail of all Reefers / Flat beds Trucks on a daily basis headed to Iraq.
Responsible to arrange documents (driver manifest, truck waybill) on daily basis for the truck movements
Responsible to stamping passport of drivers and lining up trucks in the US Military convoy at (TAA Virginia)
Responsible to brief the truck drivers & Squad Leaders of consignee details / handing over delivery notes
Responsible to Handle any break downs in Reefers / Flat beds & provide seamless service to customer.
Responsible to issue delivery notes to truck drivers and issue consignee instructions.
Ensure systems accuracy and accurate scheduling.
Monitor systems Integrity and recommend and implement disciplinary action for non-adherence.
Monitor and record all disciplinary action and driver staff records including leave applications, etc.
Addresses staff accommodation and transportation issues without bias.
Compiles data for compilation of performance metrics, benchmarking and productivity enhancement.
Proper staffing of supervisors and coordinators through various shifts.
Conducts daily brief to all staff members on the progress, analysis and performance outputs from the department.
Recommend changes and oversee the performance appraisals that are to be conducted within the department.
Ensure staff adherence to company policies and escalate emergency requirements to the management.
Worked as a Scheduler in Logistics Company working on task order which we get from operation department.
Every day working on 400 to 600 Rollup which we get from the Operation department for Local & Iraq then arrange the drivers for this task & assign missions.
