Carry out and ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly and as planned.
Oversee and carry out the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of equipment
Manage and supervise the daily activities of team. Ensure optimal use of manpower and resources
Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements.
Preparation and submission of quotations and estimates. Liaise with technicians to ensure accuracy of quotations and estimates.

Routine inspection of all the Electrical distribution board Panels, doing preventive maintenance.
Regular testing of all ELCB, MCB, RELAYS AND BREAKERS, replace any of those defective parts.
Executing Preventive maintenance of all FCU units from 34th floor up to ground floor quarterly.
Replacing or repairing some defective parts like PCB, Fan motor, in the FCU unit, including actuator valve, motor and thermostat control.
Executing quarterly preventive maintenance in four chiller unit, and monitoring the BMS.
Repair the staircase light wiring that cause not automatically turning off, return to normal operation.
Rectifying the electrical problem that causing total black out in whole building, and repair of those problem.
Light installation, spot, chandelier, or any kind of light design. Replacing switches, power outlet, and dimmer switch.
Repair the automatic booster pump, transfer pump control panel, replace any parts damage.
Rectify and repair the fluctuating current causing the voltage is not in normal.
Replace all the defective lights, CFL, E14, E27, FL, and transformers.
Repair the automatic lights control panel.
Re arrange the two way wiring connection causing the light not working well.
Re wiring of those wire that causing short circuit,
