• Keep the reception area ready and well maintained, ensuring that the front desk is fully operational at the start of working hours
• Register patients according to hospital protocols
• Assist patients in accurately completing appropriate forms and documents for the required information
• Answer calls professionally to attend to patient’s queries and reschedule appointments while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette
• Perform other specified duties whenever assigned
• Make outbound calls to inform patients about the status of their insurance approval and schedule their appointment
• Collect and deposit fees according to protocols
• Explain clinic policy to patients
