• Responsible for handling relevant office operations and procedures, work closely and effectively with the General Manager to keep him well informed of upcoming commitment and responsibilities.
• Ensuring that all incoming calls and requests are responded to and in the absence of the GM ensuring that any requests for action or information are properly relayed.
• Organizing and attending meetings, taking minutes of various meetings when required.
• Prepares export documentations like Commercial Invoice, Packing list and other requested documents.
• Follow up on projects, keep track of their progress and update the GM accordingly.
• Booking and arranging travel plans.
• Draft memos, letters, emails, documents and other responses as directed by the GM.
• Order office supplies, manage database and maintain filing system, log and archive incoming/outgoing correspondence.
• Arrange events and other company related activity involving the GM.
• Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, and research matters.
• Handling petty cash and vouchers.
• Experienced in Gulfood exhibition for past 3 years.
• Perform other duties assigned.

* Responsible to sell (car) and deal with customer/client.
* Checking status unit and mileage every weekend.
* Responsible for customer concern regarding their unit.
* Submission of weekly report for sales and customer concerns.
Responsible in handling cash payment and other cards transactions.
* Scanning and tendering the amount of customers purchase.
* Proper and right customer services such as greeting and assisting the customers.
