• Report to the General Director of CHU-NDS.
• Project issuance for small/medium scale projects and/or large-scale projects prepare a rough cost estimate and a preliminary layout.
• Prepare RFP: BOQs, Specifications and Design layouts comply with safety rules & regulations, Policies & procedures and addressed norms and standards.
• Issue bid and invite the qualified consultants/contractors.
• Evaluate the bidders, send a recommendation and endorsement letter to The General Director for approval.
• Supervise during execution phase & coordinate amid the end-users and the contractor/Final bidder as per the RFP

• Report to the Director of Facilities Planning and Design Unit & Ensure client satisfaction, Issue requirements to the contractors, change orders, additional details, site instructions & variations.
• Prepare bidding process at the design & the construction phase, evaluate bidders.
• Site surveys, planning, design, construction management, Strategic planning, Space planning & allocation.
• Project management of capital projects & major infrastructure.
• Architectural, urban, Landscape designs and Construction supervision.
