Mechanical Engineering team for execution of HVAC, PLUMBING, DRAINAGE and FIREFIGHTING works in MEP contracting projects related to Buildings / Multi-Storey Apartments. Directly supervise staff of 70. Reporting to Project Manager.
Managing the team of officials responsible for tendering, designing, purchasing as well as execution & handing over of Plumbing projects for Apartment buildings, Residential complexes, Individual buildings, villas & Bungalows at Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

Supervising Mechanical Engineering team for execution of HVAC, PLUMBING, DRAINAGE and FIREFIGHTING works in MEP contracting projects related to Buildings / Multi-Storey Apartments. Directly supervising a staff consisting of 60 qualified MEP technicians. Reporting to Project Manager.
• Provide leadership to project team to accomplish project goals and monitor out-put
• Provide technical advice and guidance to Mechanical engineering team ensuring that critical or urgent situations are quickly addressed. .
• Coordinate with technical specialists and site personnel in identifying and resolving complex technical problems. Attend regularly project progress meetings.
• Implement Mock-Up and associated tests review wherever required and get approval. Process, evaluate, monitor and control changes to the work.
• Monitor progress throughout the project cycle, ensuring cost and time constraints are met and acting to ensure problem resolution, as necessary.
• Establish and maintain effective QA/QC system in place for the Projects strictly adhering to standards and specifications.
• Ensure a positive work environment and awareness by all staff at the site for project goals and objectives.
• Allocate appropriate supervise labor and resource in order to deliver project to the satisfaction of the site manager and client.
• Represent the company at meetings, review and understand the quality requirements applicable
To each task and where necessary carry out accurate measuring and testing. Ensure compliance
With all regulatory requirements including safety
