DENTAL NURSE
MAJESTIC DENTAL CENTER
Total years of experience :15 years, 7 Months
Doctors in all treatment and procedure (ie: crowns, bridges, implant, extraction etc.)
•Dental Instrument management (disinfection and sterilization)
•Ensure patient comfort and safe environment.
•Responsible for checking of clinic stocks and placing request as required.
OUT PATIENT
•Taking and Recoding of Vital signs.
•Document progress of Patient through careful record keeping
•Assisting the patient to be admitted in ward by completing and endorsing the files.
•Ensure patient’s approval to be send for specific services.
•Giving vaccination as schedules.
•Overseas patients schedule appointment and procedure.
•Perform other duties in other areas assigned.
•Checking the clinic stocks and placing orders as required.
•Ensuring files of the patient to be complete with signs and stamp of the dotor.
INPATIENT/NURSERY - (cross training)
•Assess the needs of the patients in the ward and make nursing care plan.
•Give direct patient care and fulfil basic needs.
•Provide comfort and maintain safety of the patient.
•Provide Medication and injections as prescribed by the doctor.
•Monitoring and Recording Vital signs.
•Refer any changes in patient’s status or untoward reaction to the doctor.
•Collect specimens and withdraw blood to be send to the laboratory.
•Assist doctor during treatment.
•Prepare the patient for various investigations like Ultrasound, X-rays, MRI.
•Participate in service and continuous education program conduct by the Hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Preparing and provides medication.
•Monitoring of vital signs.
•Assisting patient’s needs.
•Inventory of medical supply.
•Oversees patient schedule, appointment and procedures.
•Attends and assist during minor procedures.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
•Perform assessment of patients.
