Key Tasks and Competencies:
Realized technical audit with well logging and mudlogging companies. Participated in tender procedures for mudlog and logging services. Contract holder and focal point for logging, coring, fluid sampling and mudlogging services (include financial document paper flow). Focal point for well perforation. Supervised well testing operations. Organized and coordinated logging and coring activities in a field. Focal point for logging and coring programs and activities. Geological support for drilling operations (cuttings description, reporting, pick up casing and coring points, pick up section TD).
Mentored and assisted in the training of local geologist. Participated in implementing
standards, procedures, guidelines and best practices for the geological well operations as-well-as ensure that all operations comply with HSE requirements and procedures.
Key Tasks and Competencies:
Supervised Mud logging unit. Supervised wellsite Geologist for Compiling data and logs at the time of drilling of exploratory/development wells for drilling optimization. Witnessing and supervision of Wireline logging and quick look interpretation of wireline logs, Geological evaluation, Picking formation tops and correlation of ofset wells data along with sampling and monitoring of drilling parameters and hydrocarbon shows. Collection of geological information and oil shows evaluation, description of ditch cuttings & core chips and preparing final well reports comprising drilling proposal, plan, prognosis and actual operations along with preparation of composite logs after interpretation and safe data delivery, supervision of geological ware house, providing preliminary QA/QC incoming reports, reporting to operations geology team leader.

During this period i was working on the following projects:
1. Mangyshlak basin, Kazakhstan: generalization and analysis of regional geological data, study of
formations environment, implementation of source rock and oil geochemistry for prognoses and
evaluation of oil and gas reservoirs in Paleozoic formations. Preparing the chapters and appendixes
for the final report.
2. Northern flank of the Pre-Caspian Basin, North-West Kazakhstan: preparing data for basin
modeling — due to lack of Rock-Eval data, evaluation and characterization of the potential source
rocks based on comprehensive biomarkers analysis of oils, interpretation this data to determine
the sedimentological and diagenetic environments; mapping the kitchens and accumulation zones;
preparing the chapters in the final report.
