Greetings and acknowledging every customer entering in the
establishment,
❖ Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
❖ Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and
housekeeping
❖ Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring
floor stock.
❖ Aid customers in locating merchandise.
❖ Communicate customer requests to management.
❖ Assist in completing price changes within the department.
❖ Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
❖ Serving customers at the sales counter.
❖ Offering face to face advice to customers on the store products.
❖ Processing returns and refunds in line with company procedures.
❖ Making sure any item which is removed from a display column is
replaced immediately after a sale.
❖ Using the stock management system to log, check, locate and move
both in and
out of the store.
❖ Handling customer complaints in a calm manor.
❖ Managing cash and payment system accordance with company
procedures and
policies.
