Facilitate sourcing candidates of various positions. Screens and interview these candidates. Accomplishing necessary hiring formalities until such time that they are ready for deployment to their respective department.
Conducts periodic manpower analysis such as projections on employee turn over. Prepares manpower/staffing per store and deploy recruits base on stores' urgent needs.
With exposure to company's workforce my specialization does not end on recruitment alone but it extends to reaching out and serving the needs of employee for other HR related departments.
This experience has exposed my capabilities in leading a team and involve in decisions that will help the department.
