My overview of my work background and training in Customer Service/ Call Center Industry for close to 12 years now, handling Financial Account, Telco account. Seeking a new career opportunity in a New Organization, where I can continue to utilize my versatile skill set, diverse Customer Service background, practical experience and up to date theoretical knowledge in a Call Center Setting. Hence where I can take a new challenge and have an opportunity to move in Organizational Hierarchy with continuous and Career Advancement.
My most recent position has provided me with two years supervisory experience as a Subject Matter expert leading more than 2 teams that has more than 20 agents mentoring them in terms of knowledge in the account's product that we support. I believe that my strong Customer Service experience will make me a very competitive candidate for this position. I have a strong work ethic to offer.More over, I am proficient in all computer programs and applications, treat every document with confidentiality and respect, have an outstanding English communication skills as well.Among my particular strengths are my organizational and planning skills. I have developed a number of processes to manage my many work tasks and make sure I meet the demands of a fast- paced work environment. I believe that my vast Customer Service experience will be an added value to a Company's growth.
