Telecom Support Engineer - Motorola Tetra Radio at Salam Technology

 Provide maintenance and support services to the existing Motorola Tetra Radio customers.
 Carry installation services for desk and vehicle radios (MTM800, MTM800E).
 Upgrade and downgrade of Motorola software version for MTH800, MTP700, MTP850, MTP850EX, MTM800, MTM800E.
 Involve in partial pre-sales activities for selling Motorola Tetra Radios.
 Maintain complete record of Motorola radios supplied by Salam Technology with maintenance expiry date.
 Provide On-site support services.
 Inspection of Incoming Motorola Radios and accessories.
 Following strict and tight deadlines in delivering the projects.
 Undertaking other related duties requested by direct Manager.
