• Maintain and update records pertaining to each client.
• Communicate rules of inspection to prospective and existing clients
• Where necessary, prepare “Contract/Order Review Form” in consultation with Technical Manager or Senior Inspector.
• Follow-up with clients and receive Purchase Order
• Receive inspection schedules from client and prepare Inspection plan
• Maintain Inspectors’ Competency Matrix
• Select & assign inspectors for inspection activities from established competency matrix.
• Provide the assigned inspectors with assignment sheet, copy of PO and all received documents from clients which are necessary to perform the inspection
• Monitor and update inspection schedule
• Collect all relevant documents (Drawings, Datasheet, Specifications, Procedures, Special instruction etc) as per PO from client and store in job file
• Receive Inspection reports from Inspectors
• Arrange for report review by Technical Manager where necessary.
• Arrange for approval of Inspection Certificates by TM
• Submit the inspection report to client (preferably 48 hours after completion of inspection activity
• Register client complaints & appeal, actions - keep QM communicated
• Maintain Inspection reports, Certificates
• Obtain feedback (performance survey) from clients
• Where necessary, coordinate & communicate with other branch staff
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, Microsoft Access, Excel,
PowerPoint.
• Profound knowledge in interacting with both external as well as internal customers
• Familiarity with problem solving ability and apply correct tools for analyzing specific situation
• Hands on experience in working as vendor coordinator
• Sole point of contact with various corporate offices to arrange for the inspections on behalf of Major clients at the respective countries of the organization located across the Middle East (UAE, Qatar), Europe (UK, Italy), and Korea as well as USA.
• Client Handling as Third-Party Inspection Coordinator, National Petroleum Construction Company, Hyundai, Saipem Snamprogetti, Saipem SPA, Nasser S. Al Hajri Corporation, Saudi Services for Electro Mechanic Works (SSEM), Aasia Steel, Archirodon, Gulf Asia, Gulf Riyadha, Inma Steel, Saudi Kentz, Kubota Saudi Arabia, Target Construction and ARAMCO.
