●Performed and documented initial exam, evaluated the data to identify problems, and determined a diagnosis prior to intervention.
•Refers patientto a proper/designated doctor.
1. Implementing Physical Therapy management (exercises, therapeutic modalities, and education).
2. Maintained detailed medical records of clients treatment and progress
3. Assessed the patients physical function, analyzed findings and executed management given by the Physiatrist
