working to repair them at the lowest possible cost to the customer in an effort to satisfy him
and gain his loyalty for the benefit of the company.
• Among the work’s powers is to monitor the stock of spare parts (new and used) and follow
up their disbursement on the system to determine the parts to be ordered continuously to
ensure the balance of the stock.

Angry Customers and make Them Satisfy.

communicating with branch and store managers via emails, phones or
in person, matching the balances, ensuring their discipline and working
to fix the defects
2. Maintaining balance tracking on a daily basis through continuous
reviews of the expense of the stock through coordination with the
accounts department.
3. Work on actually following up the balances in the Retails to ensure
the quality of the display in front of the customer.
4. Maintaining the completion of inventory operations on a daily,
weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

various branches of the company.
2. Match the balances and make a daily inventory for the cashier

1. Finding solutions to the problems faced by the call recipients in the service
center (Agent) from the customers and working on solutions to the problems and
satisfying the customer.
