CCR operator responsibe for operating 2-blocks each block consists of two gas turbine type SGT5-4000F coupled with two vertical HRSG and one steam turbine type SST5-5000, plant total power 1500 MW,
CCR operator responsibe for operating BOP which included closed cooling water system, instrument air system, hydrogen generation, sea water intake, fire fighting, ..... etc,
CCR operator resbonsible for operating of water desallination RO plant consists of two streams with total production 50 MIGD, each stream cosist of sea water pump, 5-DAF units, 17-DMPF, pass-1 6-trains, pass-2 6- trains, post treatment system, chemical system
Central Control room operator (CCR)
6 Modules Each Module Consists Of
A) Two Siemens combustion Gas Turbine produce 231 MW type SGT 5000F (5).
B) Two BHE horizontal type heat recovery steam (HRSG).
C) One Siemens steam turbine 231MW type SST 6-4000(DN) HP and LP steam lines.
Chiller system which contain two phase, each phase contain:
1- One Thermal Energy Storage tank.
2- Ten working Secondary Chilled Water Pumps
3- Eight chiller module.
Gas Station which contains:
1- Two Emergency shut-down (ESD) valves.
2- Dry scrubbers.
3- Two Filter separators.
4- Gas metering station.
5- Gas chromatograph analog.
6- Thirteen gas compressor type Atlascopco.
7- Seven Dew Point heaters.
8- PRV area contain seven lines.
Operating & monitoring GIS-SF6 220 KV, 66 KV switch gear, switch yard contain connections of :
9 generators, 6 transmission lines.
Control panel for this connections.
Protection systems of transmission lines.
Operating two gas turbines type Siemens V94.2 each one of them drive electric generator TLRI 135 MW (Operating system: TELEPERM).
Operating & monitoring plant auxiliaries (diesel generator, air compressors, air conditioning, firefighting, water intake, …. etc)
CCR operator, Operating & Monitoring two boilers (HRSG), type BORSIG (HP: 65bar, LP: 5bar) coupled with one high pressure turbine and one low pressure turbine, type ALSTOM, with total power 140 MW (operating system: OVATION).
