- Establish and maintain client relationships including client communication, report delivery, project management and strategy development.
- Handle new account kick off meetings and ensure smooth transitioning from sales to optimization management.
- Establish a good understanding of the business of a client for effective service.

- In charge of a vessels or with involving with tasks such as post fixture, crew management and agency appointments.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities, liaising with any external agents and Marine Technical Superintendents etc to ensure efficient commercial operation.
- Proceed with Vessel Pratique and keep in contact with the ACT (Aqaba Container Terminal) and VTS in order to take the exact Pilot times, start /complete operation in order to send the arrival / sailing messages to the Authorities designated.
- Update System (Kanoo) with any (Vessels operation, arrival, sailing, pilot) delays depending on TPR / TDR reports provided by ACT (Aqaba Container Terminal).
- Calculate the containers demerge by RKEM System.

- Monitor the operation and counter team (releasing the delivery order, proceeding the bookings .etc and make sure to do the improvement on the process to make it easier and more efficient.
- Monitor and manage the manifest and booking procedure and process with customs.
- Manage the customer relationship for the assigned accounts and to give customers the feeling that they can trust us, that they are cared for and to make them feel pleased in their interactions with Company.

- Make sure that customer got the full satisfaction with our service by monitoring the team and the flow chart work.
- Supervise customer service Team to do All tasks in correct and best way.
- Receiving all customers complain and work to solve it in a professional way.
- Handling the phone and answering the customer inquiry.
- Caring out customs documents.
- Handling the customer on the counter.
