Execute the targeted plans for all activities ”Marketing plan for the
targeted Sales, Strategic plan to fulfill such aim, monitoring the plan for tuning to add or modify procedures to follow or get back to the track, Handling all client inquiries starting from the technical study, estimation and commercial terms. Handling of the quotations, offers and bids. Following up of tenders and quotations, including the minor . Technical and commercial submittals. Following up of the large valuable awarded projects to guarantee execution of the project at targeted schedules with the required quality to achieve the maximum profit margins.
Reviewing of the company commitments and scope of works in
front of the client commitments. Forwarding project documents &
drawings to the internal departments.
Sheet Metal works Stainless Steel mainley- Plates and Steel Structure Works.
Responsible for Sales Team, Design, Costing and Projects Estimation and planning and follow up Engineers as well as Research and Development Engineers.
Technical Studies and Estimation of the differecnt Projects and Jobs of the Company.
Project Managmnet of the different Project activities starting from the studies, tendering through awarding and different technical and commercial terms and negotiations untill the complete handing over of the projects.
Sheet Metal - Plates and Steel Structure Works.
Started as Production Engineer, planning and follow up Engineer, then Cost Estimation Engineer, searching in local and ecternal markets, Research and Development Engineer then Technical Studies and Estimation Manager.
CNC Technologies in sheet metal, Plate and Industrial Machining activities.
Industrial works, manufacturing of the different plant items and structure, supplying different projects with multiple industry metal items and goods
Maintenance Manager
Maintenance works for the production lines.
Complementry works for the new factories of the company.
Maintain the main auxilary equipment working properly without fail
Compressors, air pressurized lines, valves, chillers and chilled water lines, Boilers, ...etc
Surveying dializer automatic production lines, IV Solution lines, ETO Sterlization rooms and chambers, Design and installation of Dailsate concentrate solution production lines, ..etc.
