-Responsible for creating an image by using Ghost cast server for all type of PCs to reduce the time of installation PCs .

-Technical support for PCs, Printers, Network & All types of Hardware & Software.
-Installing all operating systems such as ( Windows 98, NT 4 Workstation, 2000 Pro., 2000 Server, Windows XP & Windows 2003 Server ).
-Installing MS Office suite such as (MS Office 97, 2000, 2003, XP & 2007).
-Installing & support oracle applications,
