- Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting :
o Monitoring robust assumptions in liaise with the leadership team on a successful rolling forecast process.
o Preparing and monitoring the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial forecast package to the Management and the Region.
o Review and reconcile P/L, B/S and supplemental data with the corporate HFM system.
o Monitoring the outlook of the month (Flash).
- Financial Analysis :
o Evaluating actual results and justify variances against plan, previous year and forecast.
o Monitoring the Daily Sales Performance.
o Monitoring the daily Book & Ship, backlog reporting and weekly orders.
o Tracking and distributing the Monthly Sales and Margin reporting.
o Monitoring the Sales Incentive Plan.
- Operation and Supply Chain Regional Reporting:
o Monthly Reporting to the Regional head of Supply Chain and to the Financial and Commercial Director on actual performances and results based on the usage of several KPIs.
o Analysing performance variances and support the business in taking corrective actions.
- Monitoring the Cost of Goods Gains Projects for IMEA region:
o Recognition of new projects.
o Tracking the evolution of projects till implementation.
o Bi-weekly reporting to the Regional head of Supply Chain and to the Financial and Commercial Director on the evolution of Gains projects.
- Supporting the Cash Networking Capital for IMEA Region:
o Analysing Performances.
o Monitoring the Rolling Forecast for the region and following up with the provided commitment.
- Monitoring Investments for the Region:
o Tracking Investments for the region and the evolution till the implementation and approval.
o Supporting the Senior Regional Controller for the reporting to the Headquarters.
- Supplier health monitoring:
o Following “Know your suppliers policy” and making sure all suppliers were successfully screened and all documents signed.
o Monitoring the financial and non-financial health of suppliers.
- Budget tracking:
o Monitoring the budget for fixed assets purchased and installed at suppliers facilities (Expenses and Investments).
o Tracking payable accruals (Goods Received Not Invoiced).
o Tracking Sourcing headcounts.
o Tracking Sourcing Functionnal Costs.
- Financials Profitable Growth tracking:
o Tracking advances granted to suppliers and forecast the balance.
o Tracking the discount generated by the usage of TPS program (Trade Payable System)
o Monitoring the evolution of Gain/ Loss from hedging on raw materials (Nickel).
- Monthly reporting of the activity :
o Updating departments of the Technical Direction dashboards.
o Analyzing variations between the actual and the forecast
o Preparing comments with projects lots managers.
- Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
o Budget planning
o Following sourcing orders.
- Periodical analysis:
o Following the budget and the means of the Technical Direction.
o Drawing up Research Tax Credit
- Legal auditing missions on quoted and non-quoted groups.
- Reviewing procedures of the internal control
