The project is construction of the infrastructure networks; Under Ground Water Tanks, Lift Stations roads & landscape, as well as the project provide wastewater treatment plant under sponsorship and operating of NWC (National Water Company in Riyadh) and residential houses. Over all Project’s Cost - SR 600 Million.

The projects (Fast Track Projects) are a multi-Branches of Body Masters Company (8 Branches) located in different places in KSA, Over all Project’s packages cost SR 120 Million.

Type of work Meral Housing Project
Residential housing compound (Fast Track Project) with 300 housing units split into four levels of Executive Villas 2 levels of buildings, Commercial Center/Recreational Facilities complemented with supermarket, nursery, bowling facility, café, cinema, salon and beauty shops. It has an Indoor Recreation center and outdoor swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, squash and, gymnasium and running track and which can accommodate approximately 1, 500 persons.
Meral Housing is supported with complete infrastructure utility complex providing water, wastewater, and fire protection, irrigation services together with employee accommodations. Over all Project’s Cost - SR 200 Million
