failover, and plan/execute technical upgrades, security patches, and updates; monitor SLAs and issues resolution.
• Managed the bank-wide business continuity management (BCM) and IT / InfoSec Crisis Management - Disaster Recovery
Plan (DRP) plans, policies, and testing for business and technology resilience in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
