three (3) divisions “Eastern Precast Concrete, Eastern
Aluminum Extrusion Factory & Tabalsa Arabia Factory).

Exit applications.
Interview exit employees.
Leave applications.
Business trips.
Employees’ allowances.
Promotion, Salary Adjustment, Position alignment, Change of Job Title, Increment & Merit Increase.
Process the new hires in the system.
Vacation arrival.
Human Resources monthly report.
Employees’ data and records.
Absenteeism report.
Coordinate an orientation and project ID appointments.
Arrange accommodation for the newly hired.
Regular updates for the employees’ dependents.
Medical insurance company for issuing, reissuing, deleting & reclassification.
Participant in developing the HR policies.
GOSI Enrollment & deletion.
Employment Certificates.
Addendum to the employment contracts.
Any other requests by the top management
