Supply Planning
• Maintaining Laundry category service level/measure (case Fill Rate >98.5 %) across the FY.
• Maintain Laundry category on time shipment measure (OTS).
• Maintain availability level of products for timely shipment as required by customers.
• Work closely with operations & quality departments to ensure product availability and readiness for shipment on time with the right quantity.
• Supported sales operations with inventory availability at the right time, meeting urgent requirements requests, reply on customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with DC logistics to ensure having the right priorities/focus to release all orders on time with the right availability
• Highly contributed to Laundry growing market shares and volume growth in Saudi & total AP markets by maximizing product availability level as per customer requirement.
• Manage national and international markets requirements and supply chain operations planning, for the highest market share brands in dry laundry business (Tide, Ariel, and Bonux).
• Developed functional strategies to control inventories, maximize shipment, and minimize company cost.
• Overstock and insufficient quantity analysis that would negatively impact inventory values and sales operations.
• Coordinated with Logistics, Materials & Production departments to ensure understanding of requirements for market product supply.
• Enhanced and increased inventory turnover by applying best Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) techniques, and reduced inventory Days on Hand (DoH)
Initiatives Planning
• Initiatives management and initiative team leadership.
• Initiatives feasibility study, including pricing and schedules for promotions to lifeblood programs (medium to large projects).
• Develop detailed task lists, budgets and schedules based on task breakdown, materials and information and resource allocation plans based on input from all key players.
• Chair, plan, and facilitate regular cross-functional initiative delivery team meetings
• Proactively asses and analyze with the team, any risks and issues that may compromise initiative delivery team performance and results and develop plans to remove/mitigate them.
• Act as single point of contact between all parties concerned to address proposed modifications to project scope, schedule, or budget and influence to minimize changes. Work with functional managers to resolve schedule/resource conflicts - Escalate as appropriate.
• Planning initiative SKUs availability based on launch plan agreement.
• Providing production & shipment plans of initiative SKU’s to supply team
• Providing FP availability plans of initiative SKU’s to Marketing Initiatives team.
• Maintain close contact with the supply planning team to ensure visibility and alignment of the initiative supply and the pipeline of shipped finished goods.
• Monitor & Manage finished products, raw & pack material PIPO process (phase in FP’s readiness, depletion plans for phased out FP’s, orders timing for smooth transition)
• Maintaining master data for all brands, promotional SKUs as well as innovation projects.
• Implementing, managing, and monitoring innovation project and new SKUs
• Maintain Laundry brands SAP DB and conduct quarterly based audits.
