*Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, taking into account materials, labour and other associated costs.
*Project Budget services (direct, indirect, margins, mark-ups, and overheads).
*Perform Quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications.
*Tender services including compilation, tender analysis, negotiations, and recommendations.
*Produce Elemental Cost Plans and analyse cost estimates using benchmarking.
*Process the contractor’s application for interim payment certificates, and recommending payments.
*Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
*Prepare cash flow forecasts, Whole Life Costing, cost risk management.
*Prepare the monthly cost/commercial reports.
*Ensuring the Availability of Bonds, insurance, and guarantees.
*Implement effective cost control measures to prevent cost overruns.

*Preparing interim Payment Applications.
*Preparation of variation accounts, including identification of variation works along with the
Engineers instruction, measurement of quantities and establishing appropriate rates (BOQ / star
Rates) and submitting variation orders for the Engineer’s / Employer’s approval.
*Preparing sub-contractor agreements.
*Preparing & collecting quotations for construction material.
*Process purchase requisitions/ orders within purchasing authority.
*Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
*Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.
*Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
*Monitoring project requisitions and cost.
*Coordination with Construction team & Planning Department.
*Possessing a wealth of experience in effectively navigating and utilizing Aconex and SAP systems.
*Attending meeting with sub-contractor for quantities dispute and variation order works

*Taking measurements and material reconciliation.
*Rate Preparation.
*Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
*Assisting on Preparation of Interim Payment Applications.
*Evaluation of variations.
