Responsibilities: • Ensures client and project briefs are followed precisely, and that no deviation from the requirements occurs.
• Provides detailed reporting to the relevant teams, and ensures all points are actioned correctly.
• Delivers assigned tasks efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Ensures work is delivered at the highest quality.
• Proactively cooperates with team members and other departments to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Assigns work to QA Technicians and supervises as required to ensure effective and efficient output.
