• Maintaining the books of accounts of holding as well as subsidiary companies in par with IFRS & local laws
• Preparation of management reports (monthly, quarterly & yearly) for the Board of Directors
• Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements of the group
• To ensure all statutory compliances are fulfilled (Audits, VAT, DEWS, GST & ESR)
• To maintain adequate cash flow across all entities. To intimate the management in advance for any upcoming deficiencies or non-budgeted expenses
• Handling treasury operations and liaise with bankers
• Supporting business in providing financial information & suggesting cost control measures
• Preparation of budgets & best estimates with detailed breakdown
• Handling Accounts receivable & Accounts payable & payroll processing

• Managing the books of accounts in accordance with IFRS & local laws
• Solely driving management reporting for the group
• Preparation of other key operational reports like budget, business growth plans, cash burn, departmental profit & loss, schedules & reconciliation on monthly basis
• Leading the development of systems SOPs, Processes, Knowledge database & Automation for the Finance & Account Function for the organisation
• Managing working capital, monitoring cash flow, forecasting 3 months uses and sources of funds
• Inventory management and control. Forecasting supply & demand requirements to ensure stock availability including training employees in inventory processes
• Supervision of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparation & processing of payroll
• Managing day to day finance operations, monitoring budget positions against budget assignment
• Setting up team KPI’s, training & performance reviews
• Preparation & submission of VAT returns & refunds

• Managing the Books of Accounts in accordance with IFRS & financial performance of various departments like Chauffeur driven limousine service, rent a car, passenger transport, careem & uber through analytical review of department profitability
• Preparation of management reports & operational reports like vehicle & driver utilization, client wise profitability
• Providing financial guidance and support in taking sound business decisions which includes preparation of long term business plans
• Review & approval of all vendor payments, comparison of vendor quotes, managing & tracking of fund flows
• Preparation of annual budgets, forecasts & data preparation & presentation for the quarterly business review meetings
• Conducting reviews and evaluation of cost reduction opportunities
• Liaising with Auditing & Bankers & arranging new sources of finance for a company’s debt facilities
• Implementation of VAT & filing of quarterly VAT returns
