• Oversee the Human resources operational tasks among GCC countries ( Kuwait - Qatar - Bahrain ).
• Support the implementation of the Human Resources System.
• Create and implement effective Onboarding and Induction processes.
• Implement and provide the needed counseling on the Policies and Procedures.
• Implement and Ensure legal compliance on the Disciplinary Actions and Grievance.
• Support Senior Management in the Annual Salary Review process.
• Assist Senior Management in the development of the Performance Management Plan.
• Execute and support in the preparation of the yearly Manpower Plan supporting the Recruitment
function.
• Prepare and update the Job Description database.
• Oversee and execute the Full Recruitment cycle for GCC Countries ( KSA - Bahrain )
• Support Senior Recruitment Team in the development of the Annual Manpower Plan.
• Identify the best fit candidates to fill job vacancies through different recruitment sources.
• Conduct Interviews and shortlist sourced candidates for final technical interview.
• Manage the recruitment process and contract preparation of the selected candidates.
• Execute and provide counseling on the candidates onboarding processes.
• Manage the process of organizing and updating the Employee Records.
• Prepare newsletter to communicate information about and Organizational Changes.
• Handle Learning and Development team requests, and prioritize activities for the best interest of the team.
• Provide direct support to the team initiatives and openly share new ideas.
• Develop and support the effective induction programs for new staff, and graduate trainees.
• Prepare, translate, and review Word documents, Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Involve actively in implementing company's recognition program.
• Design event calendar, including Local, GCC, and International events and activities.
• Outline the scope of the events, manage the budget within guidelines, and coordinate with all parties
• Perform administrative tasks such as email correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
• Teach students the structure and content of the English language.
• Instruct students on how to develop critical analysis skills.
• Integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
• Deliver lessons using a variety of instructional techniques appropriate to the academic needs.
• Administer academic assessments and maintain accurate records to evaluate progress.
• Manage students' behavior in the classroom by invoking approved disciplinary procedures.
• Work hand by hand with the school social workers and school psychologist on students' behavior.
• Undertake and deliver professional development activities to ensure continued professional growth. • Complete administrative tasks, supervise students’ attendance, and follow up as appropriate.
• Liaise between teachers, academic administrators, and branch coordinator through meetings.
• Arrange parents-teachers conference, and keep up to date records of all students reports.
• Align the efforts of both the parents or caregivers and the teachers to address students' concerns.
• Attend meetings with the group branches admins and social workers to discuss issues, and exchange
feedback.
• Maintain case files and reports to track students' concerns, work plans, and progress.
• Responsible of the social media communication with parents, and provide daily information flow.
• Supervise, and provide direct support to ensure a safe environment for all students.
