- Managing all the meetings for the Division Director
- Managing all the Business trips for the whole divison from (hotels and flights booking, car pick up and meeting rooms)
-Align with the other companies for meetings by emails or phone calls.
- Prepare the Pre-pmo weekly meeting ( its a weekly meeting for our team) plus prepare the MOM (minutes of meeting) & the agenda

- Manage the interaction between Rotana & the ODP manufacture on all customer experience.
- Interface with Internal groups on all related activities.
- Provide statistics on all usage of the ODP across the operator networks.
-Interface with internal/external groups on consolidating the operator & service provide reports.
The coordinator will be responsible for handling all the paper work, filling, typing and letter generation needed for diffrent manegers in addition to documention needed for the pool pf professional support services and translation, moreover will be rendering some other secretarial services, like: data entry, scheduling, appointments etc. ...
The coordinator will work closly with PPSS (supervisor to execute paperwork).
