During my experience at Saudi German Hospital Group within the Patient Experience Department, my main focus was enhancing the patient journey and improving service quality in ways that positively impacted patient satisfaction and overall performance indicators.

I contributed directly to improving the patient experience within the Emergency Department by enhancing communication processes, addressing operational challenges, and improving responsiveness and patient support, which reflected positively on patient satisfaction and Press Ganey scores.

I believe that patient experience is not only about the service itself, but also about the small details — welcoming interactions, effective communication, quick resolutions, and making people feel genuinely cared for.

I am always eager to work in environments that value quality, continuous improvement, and creating meaningful impact.
