Working in a multi-billion Pond portfolio of contracts, creating and reporting monthly forecasts on key project elements such as Order, Sales, Margin and Cash. Adhere to best financial governance practices to maintain financial controls within the project area. Working closely with Project Manager and Project Director to ensure a smooth running of the projects.

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions and financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
• Continuous management and support of budget and sales activities
• develop financial data bases.
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and sales activities

Had several initiatives for finance and accounting process improvement and enhancing PepsiCo Internal Control System approved by top management such as improving the commission payment process to be done on region wise in addition to creating a headcount template for the commission accrual provision, and enhancing the control to the commission payment by creating a policy for hold commission, also tracking and updating the budget for promotion activities for sales and marketing.
