• Create and maintain relationships with current and potential analysts and investors. Understand the investors' needs and concerns related to Nadec.
• Establishing and building communication channels with investors, internal and external partners, with the aim of activating, improving, and enhancing the image and reputation of Nadec and increasing the effectiveness of its operations.
• Disseminating the organization’s strategy and results, explaining the performance, and answering analysts' and investors' questions.
• Coordination of events, such as investor promotions tours, conferences, and results presentations.
• Follow up on the necessary preparations and equipment for investors, such as event presentations, reports and press releases, and prepare summary presentation materials for senior management.

• Assist refugee clients individually and in group sessions to develop a career pathway and career advancement goals. • Work one-on-one with clients to help them develop and revise resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
• Assist clients with enrollment in post-secondary training and certification programs.
• Research potential industries, employers, training programs, and trends in Atlanta workforce.
• Provide general administrative support and maintain accurate records of Career Development program activities.
• Developing and refining Financial Education materials and resources
• Facilitating Financial Education workshops, including planning, client outreach, co-teaching, and attendance tracking
• Assisting the Financial Coach in resolving clients’ financial challenges and following up with clients
• Assisting clients in opening bank accounts, including technical assistance with online banking and providing banking information • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry and scheduling
