improvement in training program design.
• Actively engage with trainers and participants to ensure their comprehensive

• Contribute to assessment sessions and provide suggestions for the development
and improvement of training programs.
Translating business requirements into ERP solutions, Sales, Marketing, Commissions, Services, Customer Contacts, Call Center, orders, inventory, purchasing.
Provide technical support to customers to understand and solve software and
information technology issues.
Identify and troubleshoot errors in software and computer applications.
Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to users.
Manage networks and support information technology devices using Microsoft
Office and comprehensive technical support services.
