1) Keep up with developments in area of expertise by reading current journals, books and magazine articles.
2) Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
3) Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment, and instructors.
4) Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
5) Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
6) Evaluating the effectiveness of the training program when the training sessions are complete to ensure that the desired results are being achieved

لقد عملت كممثلة علاقات عملاء لمدة سنتين وكخدمة عملاء لمدة سنتين وعملت في قسم عملاء التميز لمدة تقارب الستة شهر وأخيرا كمساعدة لمديرة عمليات الفرع خلال الثلاث سنوات
الاخيرة وأغطي مكانها في وقت اجازتها وحاليا أعمل كموظف مشرف علاقة
أستطيع القول بأنني تنقلت في العمل داخل بيئة الفروع بكل الاقسام عدا منصب مديرة الفرع

Iam fnishing master dgree in Arab East Colleges ,for higher education ,in major MBA ( Human Resource Management) 2013 . also , I have taken in my own different English courses like ELS Academy (level 5), British Council (level 8) and recently obtained Diploma certificate in English language form AL-Jazeerah Academy. I also attended business English course in SABB.
