* Monitored the mass communication plan for the office to include government officials and
refugees;
* Raised awareness within refugee communities through continuous exchange of information (ie:
communication trees & refugee outreach volunteers);
* Coordinated the Protection Cash Assistance Programme (PCAP) for refugees with field offices;
* Conducted capacity-building trainings to local authorities and partners;
* Conducted interviews to identify protection needs of refugee families;
* Worked closely with UNHCR's External Relations unit on fundraising campaigns;
* Established contacts with local NGOs to promote interest and understanding of refugee issues.

Created digital strategies for different TV programs;
* Monitored the overall production from preproduction to postproduction, including editing;
* Reported daily news based on researches, interviews, field coverage;
* Published final and edited work to “The Voice” and “Green Apple” programmes;
* Generated, edited, published and shared daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that
build meaningful connections with audience;
* Optimized MBC pages within each social media platform.
