Develop strategies and tactics to drive traffic to our front door.
Deploy marketing campaigns and own their implementation. Assist
in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating
expertise in various areas. Manage the marketing strategy & budget
of all brands under the Aamal group. Build marketing programs to
support specific marketing objectives across different channels and
segments in support of overall strategic marketing plan. Build
strategic relationships and partner with key internal & external
stakeholders & teams. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on
a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely. Oversee and
approve marketing material. Measure and report on the performance
of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

Managing all the operational aspects within a specified practices to achieve excellent customer service, quality, cost, and delivery performance in line with company strategy, goals and values. Provide support and direction to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff within the practices.

-Set up meeting weekly to discuss the status with the staff regarding the business.

-Working as part of a team & involved in providing a very high standard of specialist dietetic services for clients .
-Assessing and evaluating clients and ensuring that each client has an individually tailored care plan to meet their needs .Develop well balanced diet plans for several health conditions (obesity, under weight , metabolic syndrome, thyroid disease, TG, food allergies, bariatric surgeries … ) and other health conditions that required monitoring of food intake.
-Motivate clients and translate the science of nutrition into everyday understandable information, advice them when and what to eat when the program end for long term results .
- Involved in the formulation of departmental policies, standards and procedures. Contacting patients after the program ends to ensure compliance of diet and long term relation with the client.
-Evaluate the effects of meal plans and change the plans as needed.
-Undertaking comprehensive assessment of a patients’ nutritional condition. Write reports to document patient progress.
- Promote healthy eating habit and healthy life style by conduction presentations about diet, nutrition, and the relationship between good eating habits and preventing or managing specific diseases in several health care establishments both in public and private sectors .
-Keep up with the latest nutritional science research.
