Maintains personnel files and keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
 Updated the Standard operating procedures (SOP) of the HR dept. and other departments to provide a clear and learning environment to the employees which positively affect their performance.
 Establishing and analyze an employee's satisfaction survey to enhance communications in organization.
 Perform motivational programs of (Employee of the month, employee of the year and best idea) and other reward, motivation activities...
 Develop a performance appraisal cycle and ensure its validity and analyze the performance appraisals that received from departments.
 Deliver orientation program to the new comers and conduct exit interview to the resigned employees.
 Coordinate training programs in terms of target audience, schedules, equipment, customize the program’s objectives to touch the actual needs and conduct all reservations needed with the service providers.
 Evaluate effectiveness of training to ensure transform knowledge into actions.
 Perform all the recruitment function in terms of (Sourcing & Selecting).
 Implement the HRIS of MENAITECK in terms of System setup and contact with the service provider.

-Participate the project of launching Taleo - NBAD-Egypt.
-Managing the Job Analysis Project in NBAD Egypt during the transformation to FAB Egypt
-Managing the restructure phase in NBAD Egypt during the transformation to FAB Egypt
-Become the first point of contact for the Regional’s personnel when dealing with HRD
-Build and sustain working relationships with all personnel in the relevant HRD
-Support the Sr. Business Partners as specialist resources in HRD (Compensation, learning, policy, talent management) as appropriate in order to provide the best available advice to the business
-Support the SHRBP with the resource planning partnership with Function Heads
-Support the HR team in all change projects and initiatives
-Reporting and MIS analysis of all cross business initiatives are delivered insightfully for decision making and for quality checking
-Identifies training needs for business units through TNA meetings with line managers.
-Follow up on the renewal of staff contracts with line managers based on which the staff performance can be monitored.
-Provide ongoing support to the staff team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures
-Ensure maintaining\updating Policies & Procedures.
-Updating HR Data on HRIS.
-Handle all related processes for implementing staff transfers\rotations

different advertisement tools, Maintain and organize Resumes/Applications' database, To be part of interviewing committee to fill out the Interview Assessment Sheet, verifying applicant references, certification/license and educational credentials, Regulate the pre-offer procedures, terms and conditions, Coordinating with new hires, conduct orientations and on-boarding procedures.
 Prepare HR correspondences and official letters using Arabic and English language if required.
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
 Develop the training and performance management activities in terms of attending different
training courses, evaluating the trainer ...etc. and also in the performance appraisal awareness sessions, analyzing results...etc.
