• Manages the recruitment function in coordination with Group managers to ensure timely hiring
• Performs timely sourcing and screening for candidates according to each vacancy’s requirements
• Creates and verifies completion of all related hiring documents per each new hire to be handed over to the archiving right after start date
• Prepares periodical and ad-hoc reports describing recruitment situation
• Updates ARTOC Group organization charts based on restructuring, hiring and resignation reports
• Provides consultation to Group managers in the process of creating or editing job descriptions and/or objective papers
• Follows-up on completion of employees’ monthly objective papers and performance appraisal reports
• Conducts new hires orientation program as required
• Prepare Social insurance forms ( 1, 2, 6 ) as required
• Implements ad-hoc related HR projects as instructed by direct manager
• Performs regular checks on Daily Activity Reports in terms of consistency with employees missions and departure and arrivals times
• Prepares and submits Daily Activity Reports
• Performs other relevant duties as assigned by the Group HR Manager

• Preparing monthly attendance report for the entire Group to be sent to Finance.
• Arranging appointments when required.
• Create CV summaries of short listed candidates.

• Preparing Annually reports for Recruitment & employee`s appraisals.

Attendance & Vacations:
• Follows-up daily, weekly and monthly attendance sheet according to attendance cards.
• Keeps vacation balance system by following up vacations, Excuses of employees.
• Creating Monthly Report for the employee’s attendance & deductions from salary.
• Processed payroll information in accurate and timely manner.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Applying Employee of the month policy & its benefits.
• Apply compensation & benefits plan for the employees .
• Responsible for the Staff Monthly training session according to their needs.

Organization Development:
• Participate in the company yearly plan.
• Inform all the employees with all new policies & its procedures.
• Create & update company organization charts with the new changes.
